The purpose of this REOI is to invite suitably qualified Participants to register their undertake feasibility investigations of the Western Rotorua Urban Area Stormwater Enabling Works.
The Stormwater Master Plan (April 2021) identified concept of stormwater upgrades and new works to enable the development of the PC2 and other within the western urban catchments.
This feasibility investigation will confirm the viability of the concept solutions identified in the Stormwater Master Plan. Alternative solutions (if required) will also need to be developed and viability confirmed.
RLC intends to use this REOI process to identify 2 to 3 preferred suppliers from whom to request a detailed proposal for the work at the next stage of the procurement process. However it reserves the right not to proceed to appoint a preferred supplier following the REOI.
Background information regarding this work is provided in Appendix 2 as a guide to the scope of the work before proposals are sought. A full scope of work will be provided.
