The Professional Services Consultant is required to undertake all investigations and studies to establish the feasibility of the three major options and Ecosystem Entry cited above.
In general terms the Consultant is required to:
Establish sizing and nutrient removal performance of individual components of the alternative options based on established design parameters.
Establish general details of the specific process components including general arrangement drawings and layouts of the alternative options.
Prepare estimates of capital and operational costs (at 30% accuracy level) including Net Present Value comparison of the alternative options (NPV basis to be determined with RDC).
Identify technical, financial and environmental risks related to each option.
