Overview
Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) invites proposals from urban design specialists, with additional planning experience, to undertake analysis of are, prepare reporting suitable for an RMA hearing that demonstrates consistency with the NPS-UD requirements for a well-functioning urban environment, including Policy 5 criteria, and fulfils the obligation under section 75(3) of the RMA to give effect to the NPS-UD.
