Arrowtown Memorial Pool is a council‑owned aquatic facility operated seasonally and services the Arrowtown and wider Queenstown Lakes District community. The pool’s existing LPG‑fired heating system experienced a critical failure in October 2025 and is no longer operational.

The Contract Works comprise the supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of a new air‑sourced heat pump pool heating system, including all associated mechanical, electrical, and integration works necessary to achieve a fully operational system.

The works are required to be completed by the end of October 2026, ahead of the planned November 2026 pool reopening. Delivery certainty, programme control, and technical competence in aquatic heating systems are critical success factors for this project.
