Overview
Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced suppliers to design and deliver an organisation-wide review and redesign programme (“QLDC of the Future”), including an operating model and organisational design review (Phase 1) and a repeatable approach to support future phases, with a focus on improved service outcomes.
