Council owns and maintains a three Waters Infrastructure network which supplies water, wastewater and stormwater services to connected properties within the district.
At a high level, the contract scope covers the inspection, programming and maintenance of assets such as pump stations, pipe networks and treatment plants. The scope also includes 24/7 reactive maintenance provisions for matters such as water leaks, sewer overflows and flooding.
These services will be delivered through 2 Separable Portions
SP1: Water & Wastewater Treatment (all asserts inclusive)
SP2: Water & Wastewater & Stormwater Reticulation Network (all asserts inclusive)
The Contract term is 5+3+3 year contract commencing 1 July 2027. The first five-year period ends on 30 June 2032.
