The Queenstown Lakes District Council seeks professional services to undertake a two stage wastewater conveyance optioneering and concept design study for the Frankton, Kelvin Heights, and Te Tapuae Southern Corridor catchments. Stage 1 includes a system wide gap analysis, longlist/shortlist optioneering, and recommendation of a preferred servicing solution. Stage 2 (provisional) develops the preferred option to concept design. The study will address existing capacity constraints, growth driven upgrades, and potential storage solutions to support a staged, future proof wastewater servicing strategy.
