QLDC is preparing to release an RFP for a Wooden Floor System for the Wānaka Recreation Centre indoor sports courts at Three Parks, Wānaka

We are procuring the supply and installation of a high-quality wooden flooring system for the two indoor sports courts at the Wānaka Recreation Centre. This upgrade will replace the current rebound ace synthetic surface with a wooden floor that meets recognised standards for indoor sport, providing improved player safety, better performance and greater long-term durability. The preferred installation timeframe is between December 2026 and January 2027 to minimise disruption to facility users.
