A gravity sewer running roughly parallel to the Queenstown Airport’s main runway has been identified by operators and wastewater modelling as a constraint on the network. It does not have sufficient capacity to convey expected Peak Wet Weather Flows (PWWF) from the Frankton Beach Wastewater Pumpstations (WWPS) to the Project Shotover Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

This RFQ relates to the procurement of Professional Services to deliver optioneering, concept, preliminary and detailed design, investigation and monitoring, supervision and quality assurance (MSQA -construction phase) of the project.
