The Southern Corridor Growth Area, spanning from Frankton to Homestead Bay and including Jacks Point and Hanley’s Farm, is a key focus for supporting growth south of the Kawarau River and improving the resilience of Queenstown’s bulk water and wastewater networks.
This engagement will provide Project Management services to plan and coordinate the development of bulk Water Supply and Wastewater infrastructure, aligned with the Te Tapuae Southern Corridor Servicing Strategy and the Beca Options Report. The work will confirm the preferred servicing solution, prepare the Concept Design and supporting Business Case, and ensure delivery readiness in line with QLDC’s Project Initiation and Development Process.
