QLDC is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a minor works package at the Frankton Golf Course Clubhouse. The scope includes the installation of a new raised garden bed, construction of a new gravel path, associated stormwater works including a soak pit and drain connection, installation of edging along the post and chain fence to mitigate golf ball movement, construction of a balustrade to the entrance ramp, and trenching and conduit placement for future fibre installation.
