To undertake a technical peer review to assess and review project outputs (design / options) for correctness, level of accuracy and appropriateness of solutions, including identifying any additional engineering issues and infrastructure challenges, and to provide a record of the nature and extent of the check and review processes, so as to give Council assurance that the proposed GHD solutions, for the Shotover Disposal Field Replacement are best for the Shotover Wastewater Management Facilities and the Queenstown Community.

Specifically, the project key result areas are:

1. To assess the methodology and criteria used in the options analysis.
2. To evaluate the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the data and assumptions.
3. To provide recommendations for improvements or alternative approaches. To identify any additional risks or limitations not already considered.
4. To validate the preferred option identified by GHD.
