QLDC are seeking an appropriately skilled and experienced provider to undertake a detailed assessment of the communications options available for the provision of connectivity between the remote 3W sites (e.g. treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations, flow meters etc.) and the SCADA base station. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate viable and cost-effective options for a communication network that will enable the QLDC to effectively control and maintain their three waters assets into the future. The study will analyse the advantages and disadvantages of all available options, taking into consideration factors such as reliability, security, scalability, and long-term sustainability. The study must be well documented and include SCADA network drawings that can be utilised as part of any tender process to follow
