Overview
This project is a major wastewater conveyance scheme project. Broadly, the construction scope is as follows:
• Decommission the Hāwea Wastewater Treatment Plant.
• Construct new wastewater pump station (WWPS) at Domain Road in Hāwea and install a 12.5 km DN 315 PE rising main from Domain Road to Albert Town No. 2 WWPS.
• Upgrade Riverbank Road WWPS and install a 7.4 km DN 630 PE rising main from Riverbank Road WWPS to Project Pure WWTP.
• Upgrade the Project Pure WWTP inlet works.
