Overview
Wānaka Lakefront Development Stage 5 involves the following:
• Site establishment and clearance
• Earthworks
• Retaining wall construction (augured steel UC post with concrete footing and timber rail, 1.5m – 2.4m in height).
• Installation of a shared path and kerb
• Installation of a balustrade along the shared pathway
• Modification and extension of an existing timber screen
• Regrading of an existing carpark to tie in with the shared pathway.
• Signage and line marking.
• Associated drainage, safety, and urban landscaping works.
The works are to be completed within a continuous construction period finishing no later than 31st October.
