Council is seeking to renew its Legal Services Panel (LSP) for the provision of legal advice
and support in the following disciplines within a Local Government context:
Note 2
Environmental and Resource Management Act law (RMA)
Regulatory, Bylaws, Policy, Enforcement
Infrastructure delivery (commercial transactions on large scale construction projects
and consenting) by QLDC and/or developers.
Public /local government law
Commercial
Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Property and Conveyancing
Note 1
The LSP will be selected for their ability to provide:
A range of services at experienced levels from Partner to Junior Lawyers, to provide
cost-effective and efficient legal services; and/or.
Niche specialist legal services in one or more of the above disciplines.
The term of the Panel runs from 1 July 2024, through to 30 June 2027 with 1+1-year renewal options
