QLDC are looking to develop the Marine Parade grassed areas adjacent to Queenstown Beach and The Boathouse Café with the key outcomes being:

• Improved drainage and turf
• New concrete path and paving, incorporating cultural influence
• New toilet blocks
• Additional furniture
• Planting

An experienced civils main contractor is required to successfully undertake and deliver the above objectives.

QLDC intend to go to market in February 2022; the procurement will be a single stage open tender.
The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) and all communications regarding this procurement opportunity must be via the GETS portal.
