The following scope of services addresses the core requirements of the contract. Any change or variation to the scope below may result in a mutually agreed fee variation.  
  
The Contractor is the lead on the project: Hospotech/Tourismtech Cluster Facilitator for the Queenstown Lakes District.

Project objectives include:

• Establishing credibility of the cluster approach amongst senior stakeholders
• Identifying common commercial barriers and opportunities
• Seeking ways to link firms to create collaborative solutions
• Facilitating commitment to projects by the cluster stakeholders

The selected supplier will need to develop a plan within the first three months of the contract that outlines how the supplier will achieve the above program objectives and then delivered on this over a nine month window.
