QLDC is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to upgrade a community playground. This playground serves high numbers of local surrounding residents in the neighbourhood & visiting children. Council seek a contractor who can supply a quality design and build solution which will be easy to maintain and service; it is important to Council to provide high quality, well maintained play spaces for our community into the future. QLDC is looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver this project on time, within budget and in scope. They need to have a good track record in playground design & construction, problem solving, programme management, effective networks and strong relationships within their local community
