Council deploy a range of different 3 Waters Hydraulic and Water Quality Models. These models generally have a 3-5 year life span, due to the rapid growth in the district, and many of these models are reaching
‘end of life’ and need updating as well as building new models for new catchments. Council require a much better understanding of current supply side consultancy market options including modelling capacity, capability and software preferences as well as an indication of their ability to form alliances that would deliver Council’s diverse modelling needs.
