Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to upgrade two community playgrounds. One in central Wanaka which serves high numbers of local and visiting children and the other in Frankton, Queenstown; a local play space that caters mostly for its surrounding residents in the neighbourhood. For these high profile sites with high usage, Council seek a contractor who can supply a quality design and build solution which will be easy to maintain and service; it is important to Council to provide high quality, well maintained play spaces for our visiting and local children into the future.
