QLDC is seeking market feedback on specific aspects of two potential projects:

- Town Centre Parking - Two new off-street parking buildings, to be located on Ballarat Street and Boundary Street in Queenstown
- Project Connect - New Council office accommodation, to be located on Ballarat Street (at the same site as one of the above parking buildings)

The purpose of this document is to inform interested parties about the Projects, communicate the Council’s objectives and solicit feedback through a written questionnaire and face to face meetings.
