QLDC is seeking the professional services of an experienced procurement advisor to:

-Provide professional advice on methods and means of procurement for the 3W Physical Works; and
-Provide ongoing procurement advisory services to QLDC during the procurement phase for the 3W Physical Works that support the requirements of the LTP 3-waters programme, and that are in alignment with the guiding principles of QLDC.

The Proposed Services will be procured by QLDC under a separate RFP process.

At this stage, the scope of work of the Proposed Services will include:

-Procurement Advisor to collaborate with (existing) Contracted Consultant.
-Implementation of Procurement Services
-Establishment of panels
