Overview
Queenstown Lakes District Council are inviting tenders for the Bennetts Bluff Car Park and Viewing Platform.
This tender contains 3 construction options, each with a different scope of works. Each option has a separate schedule of prices. The tenderer must complete each schedule and submit a separate programme for each.
Only one option will be constructed. The option selected will be the one that best suits QLDC’s budget. Details of the selection process is described in the tender evalution section of the RFT.
