Overview
Ōpōtiki District Council (ODC) are seeking a telephony service that will be reliable, simple to use, align with existing architecture (software and hardware), has single vendor support, and is flexible for staff changes.
Telephony is a vital business function for ODC, and the selected solution should be fit for purpose, fit for budget, and provided with minimal service interruption.
