Scope and Intent of Works: (a) The construction of kerb and channel & concrete footpaths, installation of concrete and plastic stormwater reticulation, concrete and chip seal driveways and road reconstruction of 2 x 200m sections of Brabant St [Bridge Street to Richard Street]; and
(b) Separable Portion 1: The construction of kerb & channel, installation of concrete and plastic stormwater reticulation, concrete & chip sealed driveways and road reconstruction of: 1 x 200m section of Goring St from Elliott St (SH35) to King St
The main objective of the roading contract works is to strengthen road carriageway, improve road user safety, pedestrian safety, road and section stormwater capture and control and improve the general aesthetics of the immediate area; thereby lifting the esteem of the local residents.
