Overview
Ōpōtiki District Council is inviting tenders for Design Team Services to redevelop two Council owned properties at Lots 9 and 10, DP1196AK, Church Street, Ōpōtiki. We are looking for a design team to assist with the development which will involve the demolition of all existing buildings and the erection of a two storey commercial building across the two sites.
