Overview
Opotiki District Council is looking to renovate and earthquake strengthen an existing Council premise at 32 Elliott Street. The existing office Internal layout is 200m2.
Project works to include:
- removal of some interior walls, leaving an existing safe and refit to a more open plan office space in accordance with the contract drawings;
- install beams under the present ceiling for earthquake strengthening etc;
- upgrade of bathroom facilities and relocation of existing kitchen joinery.
