Overview
The construction period is 25 weeks from the date of acceptance.
The Contract Works involves the construction of a new 1200 diameter RCRRJ stormwater main and the replacement of a 225mm diameter uPVC sewer main. The existing 900 diameter stormwater main will remain in service.
Drilling of 225 pipe under St John Street will be an acceptable alternative. The Tenderer should clearly state in his/her methodology as to methods of installation, QA testing, etc. Alternatives are also invited for manhole design and installation.
