The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is seeking registrations of interest from qualified training providers to deliver HR management training for approximately 70 people managers across our organisation during 2026. The aim of this procurement is to select a provider with the capability to deliver onsite workshops that cover key areas essential for people managers, including:
• Key legislation relating to HR practices
• Recruitment practices
• Setting expectations and accountability conversations
• Managing employee wellbeing (including bullying and mental health)
• Managing performance issues and misconduct
• Managing change in the workplace
The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released in mid-January 2026, with the intention of completing the process and confirming a provider by March 2026. Delivery of training will occur from March through to the end of 2026.

• Contact details
• A brief statement confirming your capability and experience in delivering HR management training
Registrations must be submitted by email to procurement@nzqa.govt.nz no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, 4 December 2025. Any responses received after the closing date will not be considered.
