The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is seeking RFP's from qualified training providers to deliver HR management training for approximately 70 people managers across our organisation during 2026. The aim of this procurement is to select a provider with the capability to deliver onsite workshops that cover key areas essential for people managers, including:
• Key legislation relating to HR practices
• Recruitment practices
• Setting expectations and accountability conversations
• Managing employee wellbeing (including bullying and mental health)
• Managing performance issues and misconduct
• Managing change in the workplace

The Request for Proposal (RFP) has the intention to be completed and confirm a provider by March 2026. Delivery of training will occur from March through to the end of 2026.
Proposals must be submitted to GETS or (procurement@nzqa.govt.nz if you are having trouble) no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026. Any responses received after the closing date will not be considered.
