New Zealand Police (Police) is looking to conduct a market scan of providers of online Psychometric Assessment tools that aid in recruitment of specific roles within Police.
New Zealand Police (Police) is looking to determine best options for future state psychometric assessment utilisation that will positively impact quality of new employee hire and resultant workforce capability.
This project is at initial planning and review stage and the results of this RFI document will be used to:
• Gather information around what potentially relevant assessment options are available in the domestic/world market.
• Understand the nature and composition of the psychometric assessment supply market specifically available in New Zealand
• Obtain indicative pricing for business case purposes – NZ Police has not yet established a budget for this project and would welcome advice on the likely cost of relevant goods and services.
• Refine business requirements across relevant recruitment and selection workstreams ensuring organisational alignment to common metrics.
• Aid in the drafting of an intended Request for Proposal (RFP). It is likely but not definite that an RFP will be drafted and released following this RFI process.]
