To assist New Zealand Police’s injury and illness management, Police intend to procure the services of an experienced Third Party Administrator Service provider to actively partner with Police, to manage the rehabilitation of our injured and ill staff and return them to their pre-injury roles.
The Third Party Administrator Service will enable the following outcomes:
• An end-to-end injury and illness management system which meets the needs of staff and Police.
• Effective proactive engagement with Police that enables the realisation of improvement opportunities by anticipating and responding to change
• To use the data information and insights gained to contribute to the continuous improvement of claims management, rehabilitation and return to work processes offered to and operated by Police.
• A rehabilitation operating model that is tailored to meet the rehabilitation and return to work needs of staff in a safe and timely manner.
This is a Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO). An FPO is an alert to suppliers of potential upcoming procurement activity. It does not represent a commitment by Police to procure but provides an indication to the market about potential future activity.
Any future RFx documentation will be posted on GETS linked to this FPO if and when appropriate. There is no additional information available at this time, and any questions will not be responded to. No response is required at this time.
