NZ Police is looking to appoint a Facilities Management (FM) Provider to manage the delivery for NZ Police’s national property portfolio of:

• All Facilities Maintenance Management including vetting, management and Health & Safety induction for all subcontractors; help desk/call centre; QA; management of building compliance etc.
• Reactive maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• Scheduled maintenance
• Project works (up to appropriate levels)
• Advice and information to support good asset decisions by NZ Police
