Overview

This RFP relates to the procurement of a Voice of Customer (VoC) Platform to enable the gathering of customer feedback closer to service interactions for the Police 105 service area. The platform needs to close customer feedback loops and enable operational improvements driven from robust text analysis and insight. Police are proposing to implement the VoC platform into the service group (105 and online) but also need to ensure capability to enable a future state where Police can capture feedback and insight across different channels and interaction types. The supplier will need to have experience in delivering similar VoC platforms to organisations of a similar size across a variety of touch-points.
