Overview
New Zealand Police are seeking responses from interested parties for Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Silverdale Accommodation Project.
Waitemata North Police and Oranga Tamariki (Orewa) have built a collaborative working relationship; they see opportunities to continue growing this relationship, and meeting the strategic goals of their organisations, by co-locating in the same premises.
We are seeking a solution that provides:
Commercial office accommodation for the NZP/OT in Silverdale area
A medium to long-term lease plus rights of renewal
