Background
Sector Agencies throughout New Zealand provide emergency and non-emergency services to the community. Communications, information, and effective decision-making is critical to the safe and effective provision of these services. The increasing demand for the provision of a safe working environment for our people means that we require modern communications and incident management capability to deliver operating missions quickly, effectively, and safely whilst responding to emergency and non-emergency incidents.
