We require a continuous survey of the general public to measure their perceptions of safety, trust and confidence in Police and Police involvement in the community with results reported monthly and annually. We also require continuous monitoring of the service experiences of people who have had recent contact with Police at all points of contact. Results must be representative of the population at national and District levels and allow analysis of specific population groups.
