The New Zealand Police is seeking Proposals from the shortlisted suitably resourced and experienced Main Contractors for the refurbishment of 482 Great South Road, Otahuhu.

The works will generally include the following:
• Rearrangement and finishes upgrade of floors (7 in total);
• Seismic upgrade;
• Services upgrades;
• Fire Protection upgrade;
• Toilets, main and lift lobby upgrades.
