NZ Police require Grounds Maintenance Services on a year round basis to maintain lawns, gardens and landscapes at the Royal NZ Police College facilities located in Porirua and Trentham.

Vendors with experience and existing capability to maintain large grounds, in excess of 10,000m2, are invited to participate in the selection process which is outlined in a Registration of Interest (ROI).

The ROI documentation is available by sending an email request to tenders.national@police.govt.nz.

ROI Responses are to be received by Police as per the details in the ROI document by 12 noon, Wednesday June 15th 2016.





The ROI contains the service specification and first stage process, including terms for registering an interest, requirements overview and the response information required. A timeline of the entire process is included.

A two-stage selection process will be undertaken seeking to identify a suitable supplier intended to service all three addresses.

The first stage requires interested suppliers to submit a response to the ROI.

ROI responses will be assessed to establish a short list, not expected to exceed three respondents.

Short listed respondents will be invited to participate in a second stage of selection. This will involve an onsite discussion to further the understanding by each party of the requirements and discuss a more detailed solution suited to the financial and operational requirements.

Respondents will submit a final summarised proposal and pricing following the discussion for final assessment by the evaluation panel.
