The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is looking to enter into a contractual arrangement to support the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) for the production of a high quality commemorative publication to celebrate Operation NEPTUNE - RNZN’s 75th Anniversary in mid 2016.
The publication will be distributed to members of the New Zealand public, Officers and Ratings from RNZN, and personnel of visiting Navies.
The publication is to be produced at no cost to NZDF, on the understanding that the successful supplier will earn sufficient revenue from the sale of advertising space within the publication to make the venture commercially viable.
The Agreement will be for an initial period of nine months with the publication expected for distribution by Waitangi Day, 06 February 2016.
