Overview:	The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) wishes to advise its intention to release three separate Registrations of Interest (ROI) in early October 2026 for the Future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme. The Future ERP Programme will transform the NZDF’s ability to optimise New Zealand’s Defence Force to deliver military effects, providing a capability that enables Command and the Warfighter to respond to Government direction. Replacement of the existing functional ERP system with an integrated enterprise-wide ERP system will enable the NZDF to competitively operate in a combat situation, keep our people safe during and outside of operations, and maintain interoperability with our most important security allies and partners. The ROIs being released are for the following roles: 1. Systems Integrator (SI): Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and integration of SAP S/4HANA ERP solution and other SAP products within the wider NZDF technology environment. 2. Business Integrator (BI): Responsible for the adoption of the SAP S/4HANA ERP solution across the NZDF. 3. Assurance Provider(s): Responsible for the independent assurance over the Programme and technical assurance of the solution. Overview:	In addition to the procurement opportunities previously signalled through the Future Procurement Opportunities Programme (FPO), the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), in support of the Future Air Mobility Capability - Strategic (FAMC-S) Project advises its intention to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Aircraft and Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services and Spares Supply Support for the A321 XLR fleet. NZDF currently anticipates releasing the RFP late September 2026. Timing remains indicative as procurement planning activities are completed. The procurement forms part of NZDF's broader sustainment strategy for the Airbus A321XLR fleet and is intended to establish long-term support arrangements that contribute to aircraft availability, operational readiness and sustainment resilience. The opportunity is closely related to, but seperate from, the Future Fleet Sustainment (FFS) procurement activity previously signalled to industry. Together these procurements support the broader FAMC-S sustainment approach while addressing distinct support requirements and market segments. Suppliers should not assume participation in one procurement is a prerequisite for participation in the other. NZDF is currently planning a multi-lot procurement covering the following support areas: Lot 1 - Aircraft MRO: Provision of aircraft MRO services including heavy mainteance support. Lot 2 - Component MRO: Provision of component repair management, repair network access and component sustainment services. Lot 3 - Provision of spares supply support services, inventory management solutions and related supply chain support arrangements. NZDF anticipates allowing respondents to bid for one or more lots. Further information regarding procurement structure, participation requirements and evaluation methodology will be provided upon release of the RFP. Overview:	This is an advance notice only, a tender has not yet been released and no response is required NZDF plans to imminently release an RFT seeking a Main Contractor for the design and construction of approximately 14 new single level standalone homes at Waiouru, as part of the NZDF Housing Programme. This project is planned to include design and construction of the new turnkey homes, as well associated on and off lot landscaping/civils, on NZDF owned/designated land. Tenderers MUST meet the following minimum requirements. Those that cannot satisfactorily demonstrate adherence to these preconditions will not be progressed to evaluation: - Residential Delivery Experience – Tenderers MUST have delivered a minimum of FIFTEEN residential dwellings, including a design and build residential development of at least FIVE or more dwellings, within the past THREE years. - Capacity to Commence – confirmation of capacity to commence in line with the proposed start date, and that sufficient capacity exists throughout the proposed programme to complete the works. - Experience with design and build contracts – confirmation and demonstration of experience working under design and build contracts. - Bonds and Security – confirmed ability to obtain a 5% performance bond based on their proposed price.
