Overview:	The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) on behalf of Veteran Affairs (VA) has a requirement and responsibility to ensure all veterans receive entitlement, services and support available to them. NZDF wishes to contract with a provider or providers to provide foot health maintenance services to New Zealand Veterans. NZDF requires a solution that enables a provider to be responsive and flexible in providing the service, taking into consideration VA has a somewhat unique complexity of needs. The provider would need to be willing to work with VA to tailor the package to account for NZDFs environment. The social objective of this procurement is to procure foot health maintenance services for Veterans who require foot care to support veterans as part of their rehabilitation programmes and independence. NZDF wishes to contract with a provider or providers to supply safe, effective and efficient foot health maintenance services to VA by fully trained and qualified staff. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking responses from the market to provide information and capability relating to the requirements detailed in this RFP. Overview:	The New Zealand Defence Force seeks to donate two surplus Strikemaster airframes (ex-NZ6375 and ex-NZ6376) to suitable NZ-Based organisations for future public display or similar public benefit. Post retirement from RNZAF service in 1994, the airframes were used as training aids at the RNZAF’s Ground Training Wing, RNZAF Base Woodbourne, Blenheim. Following a change in training requirements the airframes have been sitting unused and in outside storage for some years. They are in poor, but recoverable, cosmetic condition. They are not deemed airworthy. Any donation would be on the conditions that: - The donation is ‘as is, where is’, with no representation of warranty or airworthiness. - Respondents will have the opportunity to inspect the aircraft. - There are no maintenance records associated with the aircraft available. - The removal will be at recipient’s cost and risk. - NZDF would expect recipients to display the aircraft in a manner befitting of their historical importance. NZDF are running an open and contestable process to select the organisations that will receive the Strikemaster airframes. We are looking for established Main Contractors (with design team) who can manage the full design and delivery of high-quality turnkey homes for servicemembers and their families. Homes will be standalone and single-level, constructed largely on vacant land previously used for housing, with requirement for associated on-lot and minor off-lot civils. All works will be under an NZS3916 Design and Build Contract with NZDF Special Conditions. The indicative spread of new housing per site is as follows: Woodbourne - 8 homes at RNZAF Base Woodbourne, awarded to one supplier under one contract. Christchurch - 17 homes at Burnham Military Camp, awarded to one supplier under one contract. This will be a two-stage market approach. The first stage Registration of Interest (ROI) will be focussed on the experience and capability of the supplier, and will not require any site-specific solution to be put forward - think project case studies, key personnel CVs, and the processes/policies of your normal approach to design and construction. Those who are shortlisted from the ROI will participate in a second stage Request for Proposals, which will require detailed site-specific solutions to be submitted. The ROI and RFP will include our requirements and specifications for housing, as well as indicative bulk and locate site plans for Woodbourne and Burnham to form the basis of submissions. All delivery solutions will be considered so long as they adhere to the Functional Specification, including off-site manufactured housing. Suppliers may bid for one or both sites, however there are a series of preconditions that MUST be met in order for your submission to be considered and evaluated.
