The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is seeking to appoint a real estate agency to dispose of 9 properties (26 units) in the Manawatu/Rangitikei region. We are interested in hearing from agencies that have experience in selling multiple properties for a single client, has strong local market knowledge and the capability and capacity to coordinate marketing and sales activities whilst maximising public value for NZDF.
