New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) wishes to advise in advance through this FPO, our intention to release a Request for Tenders (RFT) in early October 2025 for a Main Contractor to deliver the Papakura Military Camp Barracks 2 and 3 Project.

The proposed works are to design and construct Off Site Manufactured (OSM) barracks accommodation to provide a minimum of 70 beds completed by December 2026.

The procurement will be a single-stage process, with an open market Request for Tenders (RFT) to identify a preferred main contractor for Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) subject to funding approval.
