The NZDF have engaged Aon New Zealand (Trading as WorkAON) (NZBN 9429038394027) for the provision of TPA Servces under Procurement Rule 14.9.C based on market advice from the regulatory body.
The agreement was signed on 1 April 2025, varied on 19 June 2025 once the full scope of remediation action was agreed, and is expected to be complete in November 2025. Services include the review of the NZDFs policies, procedures, and documentation in relation to the ACC's Accredited Employer Programme (AEP), and any remediation actions required to maintain accredited status. Ongoing TPA services are not currently required however if this chnages the NZDF will run a competetive process in line with the Government Procurement Rules.
The value of the agreement will stay within the $100k-$250k GETS Price Band.
