NZDF Defence Estate and Infrastructure is undertaking an evaluation of options for the design and build of new accommodation at Papakura Military Camp in Auckland. There is a requirement for initial requirement for 70 rooms by December 2026.

We are seeking information from suppliers who have experience in delivering both single and multi-storey construction that employs fast tracked construction techniques such as modular, off-site manufacturing (OSM) or other programme efficiencies. This will allow us to undertake spatial planning and requirements gathering before further engaging with the market for a design and build project.
