The NZDF currently utilises several bespoke software applications to manage flight operations, flight facilitation, safety and quality, and personnel competency and currency. These applications promote flight safety and compliance with Defence Aviation Rules (DARs) and form a part of the RNZAF Flying Management System (FMS). This procurement seeks a solution for suitable flight operations software suite and seeks responses from suppliers to work with NZDF in meeting its Flight Operations Management (FOMS) and Safety Management System/Quality Management System (SMS/QMS) requirements as it moves towards a cloud based computing environment.
