This procurement is in support of Project Horizon, the objective of which is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Career and Talent Management (CTM) related data by enhancing the ability to report. The intent is to include access to a dashboard that will provide personnel, Commanders/Managers, Career Managers and Career Boards with consolidated Human Resources and career information.

CTM efficiency will be increased by providing single portal access to all career management information, and reducing the administration overheads for Career Managers and Career Boards. This will improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

Posting decision effectiveness and efficiency will be increased by providing a Position Prioritisation Framework enabling NZDF to prioritise which positions should be filled and identifying where personnel risk lies to ensure reduced workforce gaps.

The proposed term of the Agreement will be for an initial period of three years with provision for two subsequent rights of renewal for a period of one year each, at NZDF's discretion.
