NZDF are seeking Registrations of Interests from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors for the purposes of shortlisting to a final RFT stage.
The scope of the ROI (and subsequent RFT) extends to the provision of a Main Contractor (or Contractors) for the Linton Maintenance Support Facility under New Zealand Standard NZS 3910:2013 Conditions of Contract for building and civil engineering construction (with Special and Other Conditions).
The anticipated build commencement date will be approximately April 2021.
Through the first phase (ROI), NZDF intends to shortlist up to a maximum of four Main Contractors to participate in a closed RFT, which will be issued sometime in or around October 2020.
