The New Zealand Defence Force's Defence Estate and Infrastructure group is seeking to establish a panel of pre-qualified consultants and contractors to aid faster engagement and outcomes . This will consist of a range of renovations and new builds works with a large number of different types of consultants and contractors.
Estate and Infrastructure includes the properties, buildings, and physical infrastructure needed to support our military capabilities. Moving forward there will be increased expenditure to replace ageing assets, provide new assets to support evolving military capabilities, and optimise how we use our physical footprint.
The Defence Estate & Infrastructure Construction Services Panel will be a precursor to the proposed NZDF Defence Estate and Infrastructure Alliance Partner.
NZDF are seeking responses from the construction industry for the panel specified above.
